All sales are final. All products are bespoke and personalised to your specification. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products or services purchased. All products are tailored to your specification and personalised in accordance with your instructions.  As such, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection of product or service
  • Dissatisfaction with the product or service

3. Exceptions

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@habasdashery.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or alternative resolution.
